Myall is a fantastic all rounder. We’ve tested this with all proteins and found it to be a mild influence but long burning. The smells is super sweet and ‘jammy’. Its deep, rich chocolate brown colour makes it look almost edible!
This is quickly becoming one of our favourites at Natural Smoke HQ.
It an acacia, like black wattle. It makes for excellent smoking wood.
